Strategy Head – Sales/Customer Acquisition OPEN
We are looking for an experienced person with proven skills in Wealth Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing & Leadership as the Customer Acquisition Team Head. This person will set customer acquisition target, develop strategies to achieve the target and train/guide/head the team to implement and achieve the target. This person would be an integral part of our core leadership team.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Build and manage a customer acquisition team
- Build and handle all HNI portfolio
- Establish/Develop partnerships with corporate clients
- Develop long term relationship with individual and corporate clients
- Establish/Develop partnerships with Direct Sales Agents
- Develop and update strategies as per technology available and market condition
- Strategize product modifications as per customer analysis
Qualifications :
- Strategize product modifications as per customer analysis
- Over 3 years of Wealth Management experience required
- Candidates with proven Leadership, Team Management and sales & Marketing experience would be preferred
Compensation :
High compensation and benefits will be provided based on mutual discussion. ESOP options will also be considered

Relationship Manager – Sales/Customer Acquisition OPEN
We are looking for an experienced person with proven skills in Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing & Leadership as the Relationship Manager. This person will set customer acquisition target, develop strategies to achieve the target and train/guide/head the team to implement and achieve the target.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- New Client Acquisition & Business generation
- Build and handle HNI portfolio
- Establish/Develop partnerships with corporate clients
- Develop long term relationship with individual and corporate clients
- Establish/Develop partnerships with Direct Sales Agents
- Develop and update strategies as per technology available and market condition
- Strategize product modifications as per customer analysis
- Act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets
- Create own lenders network through different marketing channels, Social Networking sites, Event, Promotion etc
- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services
- Maintaining follow ups and client details
- Coordination with Sales, Operation and Technology team for smooth processing
- Coordination with operations team for disbursement process
- Maintaining follow ups and client details
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers
- Reporting daily appointments to the CEO office
Qualifications :
- Graduate or Post-Graduate ; Finance and Management Specialization preferred
- Min 2 years of Experience in relevant industry
- Candidates with proven Leadership, Team Management and sales & Marketing experience would be preferred
Compensation :
6 – 12 lac, Incentive based on targets converted

Direct Sales Representative – Sales/Customer Acquisition OPEN
We are looking for an experienced professional with proven skills in Lead generation for Loan products as a Direct Sales Representative. This person will be an integral part of the sales team, generate new loans leads, convert and achieve the required target every month.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- New Loan leads generation and Business development
- Create own network of borrowers, loans and lenders
- Develop long term relationship with individual and corporate clients
- Develop and update strategies as per technology available and market condition
- Achieve monthly targets
- Strategize product modifications as per customer analysis
- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services
- Establish/Develop partnerships with other Direct Sales Agents
- Coordination with Sales, Operation and Technology team for smooth processing
